Surfwood Prepared

The Surfwood Prepared group was formed by members of the Surfwood Estates neighborhood who were trained by the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). Although the Surfwood Prepared group is no longer active, the information they developed could still assist in preparing for emergencies that may occur, including, but not limited to, earthquakes and fires.  

 

A booklet called In The Event of Emergency was developed for residents of Surfwood Estates.  The information in the booklet was prepared specifically for the Surfwood Estates neighborhood; however, most of the information could be generalized for others living in the Mendocino and Fort Bragg area.
