Welcome to the Surfwood IV Owners' Association website!

Surfwood IV is a neighborhood within the Surfwood Estates community in Mendocino, California. We are conveniently located 1.5 miles north of the town of Mendocino and 7 miles south of the city of Fort Bragg. Our neighborhood is situated with lovely views of the Pacific Ocean and Mendocino Headlands.

We live in a vibrant area with plenty of activities and community events. In nearby Mendocino and Fort Bragg you will find shopping, restaurants, galleries, live theater, breweries, wine tasting, bakeries, music, coffeehouses, and an active harbor. For nearby recreation, there are beaches, redwood forests, wineries, California State Parks, the Mendocino Botanical Gardens, and golf at the Little River Inn. The annual community events include the Mendocino Music Festival, Mendocino Film Festival, and many more popular events.
